Brittany + Brian // Boatwerks Wedding Photographer

I am SO excited to FINALLY be able to share this wedding with you guys! Brittany and Brian contacted us almost 3 years ago after following our work since 2008. We have since then done 2 engagement sessions for them, Brittany’s extended family and even one for her brother and his wife! We obviously love them so we knew it would be an amazing wedding with lots of love to go around!

Needless to say their wedding did not disappoint! Heck, we were just glad to have it after a covid reschedule and then a family health reason which rescheduled us a second time. It really reminds you of how important family is and how important our job is to help remember the love that we have for them. Weddings are all about family after all. Combining them and creating them!

Thank you Brittany and Brian for being some of our biggest and most loyal cheerleaders! I hope it was worth all the anticipation!

Matt + Lisa // Baker Lofts Wedding Photographer

Mother nature was really throwing a fit this particular weekend. Like…100% chance she was just gonna LOSE IT. So, that wasn’t promising. We made rain backup plans, Lisa bought umbrellas, we all wrapped our minds around cool rain shots and to make the best of it.

Then it just didn’t rain the whole time we planned for photos outside. It was nuts! Once we got to the reception, the sky just opened up and it POURED. It felt like it was just holding it all in until we were inside and then just let loose.

We love shooting at baker lofts so that was lucky if we needed an indoor space and their church was so beautiful! I literally have 5 minutes to get them upstairs, take the shot and back down for family photos and let me tell you 5 MINUTES is sometimes enough time to create magic. I was sweating buckets running around but it was totally worth it!

It was such an incredible day and we are super happy we were able to be a part of it! Enjoy!

This was my first wedding back after having Grace and it felt like old times which was nice. :) The weather was incredible, Boatwerks and the church were beautiful and Danielle and Josh were such laid back, fun, incredible people. Oh and Danielle is crazy beautiful. I don't understand how her skin is so perfectly matte but glowing at the same time but it's amazing.

So let's also take a minute to shine a light on her dress. It has sequins on the layer underneath so they just twinkled through which I've never seen before and I've seen a LOT of wedding dresses. It's one of my all time favorites. It twirled like a dream and sparkled and fit her perfectly.

Everyone was super fun too. We went to go take a shot of Josh in his office at the Church and that turned into a nerf gun fight quite quickly...obviously.

We had such a great time and I'm super excited to finally be catching up on all the editing so I can start showing stuff from this summer! Enjoy!
